FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for crushing and aspirating clots from cavity includes a tube with the channel for aspiration of clots and leading liquid equippedwith a valve of switching aspiration-irrigation modes and is supplied with a device for crushing clots. The valve is bridged, by two silicon drainage tubes, to the vacuum pump and container with an antiseptic under pressure. The device for crushing clots is made in the form of two wire arches placed in immediate proximity to each other. One of arches is fixed on a face part of a motionless hollow tube of an aspirator, the other one being fixed on a face part of a grinder tube. The grinder tube is made to be put on an aspirator tube and rotated a round it by means of mechanical drive. The mechanical drive is made in the form of a spring-applied cock. The cock is capable of moving along a referred hinge and rotating the grinder tube by transferring force to a spiral trench placed on the extremity of the grinder tube.
EFFECT: improvement of quality and rates of cavities sanation during endosurgical operations.
