FIELD: beneficiation processes employed for development of placer deposits of mineral wealth, such as gold. SUBSTANCE: washing complex includes feeder, disintegration and classification facilities, water supply system, block of rotary sluice boxes and intake hopper with shower system placed beneath block. Hopper has double walls and presents inclined vessel. Space formed between walls is filled with packages of parallel plates. Outer wall of hopper is equipped with collection pockets. Upper part of vessel is provided with screening surface. Hopper is fitted with transporting tubes located above packages of parallel plates. Transporting tubes are linked to outlet branch pipe of hopper and water supply system. Washing complex is equipped with vibration exciter mounted under packages of parallel plates. It comes in the form of branched blocks of longitudinal-lateral intercoupled bar structures and vibration source. EFFECT: raised operational efficiency of beneficiation equipment thanks to reduced loss of chips and fines of precious component, enhanced ecological reliability of sand washing. 1 cl, 4 dwg
