FIELD: transport engineering; bicycles. SUBSTANCE: proposed bicycle wheel has hub, several spokes radially connected to hub and ring rim for mounting tire connected with outer ends of spokes. Ring rim has spoke attachment zone containing several holes into which outer ends of spokes are fitted. Outer ends of spokes are bent so that first sections of spokes are displaced relative to second sections of spokes. Said bends are located in rim holes to hold outer ends of spokes in rim holes. In some design versions, to improve reliability of fastening of spoke outer ends in rim holes, adhesion or special fasteners are used. In other design versions, zone of spoke fastening can be made in form of separate spaced elements which can be either attached to rim or form one piece unit with rim.
