FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines and piston machines. Proposed engine contains cylinders with housing accommodating sectional shaft including working crankshaft and eccentric bushings with eccentric journals arranged at opposite sides. Said eccentric journals are displaced through 1/4 of piston stroke from axis and rotate to different sides relative to crankshaft. Eccentric bushings with eccentric journals are provided with gear, diameter equal to 1/2 of piston stroke, engaging with crown gears secured in housing and having diameter equal to piston stroke. Piston rods are rigidly coupled with pistons and are articulated with eccentric bushings. According to invention, crankshaft is made solid and is provided with two opposite journals displaced in different sides from axis through 1/4 of piston stroke, and eccentric bushings with eccentric journal are installed on crankshaft journals through bearings. Gears of eccentric journals are rigidly secured from two of eccentric bushings. EFFECT: improved efficiency of machine. 4 cl, 11 dwg
