FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine engineering, namely, to internal combustion engine. Internal combustion engine includes at least one pair of cylinders interconnected by means of connection channel and equipped with pistons, kinematically connected to crankshaft and crank with possibility of their synchronous movement without shifting one against another, that is <α= 0, and a combustion chamber with a plug mounted above the first cylinder, wherein two pistons with rods are connected through a crosshead mounted on the rod end of the crankshaft, and on bearing journal of crankshaft there fixed is fixed small gear with external engagement of teeth, which engages with large gear having internal engagement of teeth, and is fixed, wherein diameter of initial circle of small gear is equal to half diameter of initial circle of large gear, and diameter of large gear is equal to piston stroke, wherein eccentricity of crankshaft and crank are equal to each other and equal to a quarter of stroke of piston, in addition, in order to reduce load on support bearings support journal is made elongated.
EFFECT: technical result is the engine design simplification in order to reduce the dimensions and weight.
