FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed method and system are used for calibration of great number of slave mechanisms connected to drive ring in control system for turning exhaust flaps in rotating nozzle. Slave mechanisms include output tie-rods installed in corresponding first positions in which output displacement value is measured. Slave mechanisms are re-installed in other second positions, and output displacement value is measured again. Measured displacement value for each slave mechanism is calibrated to obtain common linear characteristics between first and second position of measurement. Calibrated slave mechanisms provide co-ordinated linear setting into operation in process of shifting (positioning) of output tie-rods between positions corresponding to their minimum and maximum extensions. Invention makes it possible to develop such control system of slave mechanism which provides turning of exhaust nozzle and which automatically calibrates noncalibrated or incorrectly calibrated slave. Mechanisms in nozzle drive system assembly. EFFECT: improved control system. 11 cl, 6 dwg
