FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting stomatological diseases, paradontitis, in particular, and includes the following stages: blood smear should be treated with pnitrotetrosolium violet, succinate and alpha- glycerophosphate at forming granules of black-violetcolored diformazane and according to size, shape and intensity of dyeing one should detect activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDG) and alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase (alpha-GPDG) due to the method of computer morphodensitometry. By increased alpha- GPDG activity and decreased values of SDG activity one should diagnose paradontitis. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 5 dwg, 3 tbl
