FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing product by defrosting with following mixing; introducing natural bee honey or honey produced by feeding bees with sugar syrup in an amount of 15-45%, into which propolis extract is preliminarily introduced in an amount of 0.05-0.2% of dry substance by weight of ready product. Water- or alcohol- containing propolis extract may be also used. Butter with moisture content less than 26% or margarine with moisture content less than 25% may be used as product.
