SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing of water glass with carbamide and filler; used as filler is aluminum oxide subjected preliminarily to grinding and mechanical activation in high-stress mill; filler is introduced in mixture of water glass and carbamide at the following relationship of components, mass-%: water glass, 35.0-40.0; carbamide, 2.5-4.5; the remainder being aluminum oxide.
