FIELD: mining industry, isolation of faulty sections from operating mine workings. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in increased safety, reduced usage of material and labor and suppression of underground fires in points of mines difficult of access. With this in mind holes are sunk and insulating barrier bridge is erected in path of fire due to injection of insulating filler with swelling component. Insulating barrier bridge is erected in the form of rib by alternating rotary motion of insulating filler with swelling component by upper and lower metering screws of drill pipe. Lower screw has larger lead of turn. End section of lower screw terminates in discharge chute. Insulating filler with swelling component is sprayed with hardening accelerator at outlet from lower screw which is fed through internal conduit of pipe of metering screws. Insulating barrier bridge is erected in blocks. EFFECT: increased safety, reduced usage of material and diminished labor input. 1 dwg
