FIELD: mechanical engineering; application of polymeric powder coatings. SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of working chamber coated with heat insulation which, in its turn, is enclosed in outer housing. Working chamber is closed by door. Air delivered by fan through heaters passes along channels and blows article to painted delivered into thermal chamber along transportation system. Temperature transmitter is installed inside working chamber. Said transmitter is connected to inlet of temperature controller and is designed for generating signal proportional to air temperature in working chamber. Electric signal proportional to current air temperature in thermal chamber and signal proportional to preset polymerization temperature are compared in temperature controller. Temperature controller is connected with heater control unit. Heaters provide heating of air circulating in working chamber. Temperature transmitter is installed additionally in working chamber to measure temperature of surface of article under painting, said transmitter being connected with temperature threshold device whose outlet is connected to timer inlet. Invention makes it possible to form high quality polymeric powder coating with no influence of mass, heat capacity or shape of article onto coating which features high adhesion, resistance to external actions and excellent decorative properties.
