FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding raw plant material and passing it between paired electrodes. Before grinding, raw plant material is treated with preparation and hold for 2-5 hours. Preparation is produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella zychae micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue.
