FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with reducing raw material and applying it between paired electrodes. Before reducing, raw material should be treated with preparation obtained due to successive extracting Mortierella spinosa micromycete biomass with nonpolar extragent in supercritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining the first extract with solid residue at the quantity of 0,5-1•104mg/t to be kept for 2-5 h.
