SUBSTANCE: the suggested system includes detachable bottom plate of sufficient flexibility for easy taking the shape of mouth cavity surface, when one should apply delivery system on it together with compositions for taking care of mouth cavity applied so that during this process composition has contacts with mouth cavity. Moreover, the suggested composition includes organosiloxane resin, viscosity modifier and substance for taking care of mouth cavity. There are, also, described delivery systems in which composition for taking care of mouth cavity additionally includes liquid polymers based upon diorganopolysiloxane and, also, they may include carriers for dissolving organosiloxane resin and liquid polymers. It is, also, mentioned the method for applying these delivery systems. This system provides prolonged release of active ingredients without periodic repeated application in short periods of time.
