FIELD: medicine; cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions based on polysiloxanes with optimized adhesive-cohesive properties, which provide temporary fixation of medical and cosmetic products to human physiological tissues. The following is proposed: a method of production of silicone adhesive for fixing polymer medical devices on physiological tissues of the maxillofacial area, the said method is implemented as follows: in a stainless steel vessel equipped with a mixer, the ingredients of the adhesive are mixed until a homogeneous viscous substance is obtained, which is used as: a silicone compound protruding into as a polymer silicone base and is a mixture of organosilicon resins, silane/siloxane polymers, and copolymers of these components, obtained by polycondensation of polydialkylsiloxane with blocked silanol groups and silicon-containing resin with blocked hydroxyl groups; a plasticizing polymer selected from liquid diorganosiloxane polymers; hydrophilic bioadhesive polymer; solvent ethyl acetate; colloidal silver, with the following content of components in wt.%: 30 of silicone compound; 20 of plasticizing polymer; 9 of bioadhesive polymer; 40 of solvent ethyl acetate; 1 of colloidal silver. The resulting adhesive is characterized by high adhesive and cohesive properties, has an antibacterial effect, and does not cause any allergic reactions or discomfort when used.

EFFECT: development of a method of producing pressure-sensitive adhesives for medical and cosmetic purposes for fixing facial prostheses.
