SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions based on polysiloxanes with optimized adhesive-cohesive properties. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for medical and cosmetic purposes is proposed, the said composition includes the following components: SIEL 159-485 medical compound as a silane/siloxane polymer base, consisting of a mixture of blocked silicone/resin copolymers obtained by polycondensation of a polydialkylsiloxane with blocked silanol groups and a silicon-containing resin with blocked hydroxyl groups; a plasticizing polymer capable of changing the viscosity of the silicone compound and containing a liquid diorganopolysiloxane polymer; bioadhesive polymer; a solvent selected from the group consisting of ethanol, glycerol, ethyl acetate and cyclomethicone, or other approved for medical use; anti-inflammatory/antimicrobial agent.

EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of pressure-sensitive adhesives for medical and cosmetic purposes, which provide temporary fixation of medical and cosmetic products to human physiological tissues.
