FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating biological objects with 2% ethylene oxide in two stages at various temperatures, first at +5 C during 12 h and then at +37 C during 4 h. Then, the transplants are washed with sterile physiological salt solution, sealed and preserved using some method. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of sterilization.
