FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly in machine engineering for making bent sheet shapes.

SUBSTANCE: stand module includes housing in the form of two jaws, drive unit, two horizontal shafts mounted in said jaws one over another and having shape bending rollers. Horizontal shafts are joined with drive unit by means of hypoidal transmissions and overrunning clutches through intermediate vertical shafts. Drive unit is in the form of electric motor and cone-cylinder reduction gear with gear transmissions and with two outlet shafts joined with intermediate vertical shafts. One intermediate vertical shaft has telescopic spline joint. Upper horizontal shaft is mounted with possibility of motion in vertical direction due to its joining with slider-sleeves arranged in jaws and it is joined with intermediate shaft having telescopic spline joint in order to provide continuous kinematic coupling. Stand module is provided with lid arranged over sectional of housing of stand module and also with struts arranged between jaws of housing. Jaws are mutually joined and they are provided with guides for moving along them slider-sleeves at vertical motion of upper horizontal shaft. Built-up horizontal shafts symmetrically protrude outside housing of stand module and they have two telescopic spline joints for their extending and additional supports mounted in struts for preventing camber of shafts. On lid and on casing of drive unit arranged in lower part of stand module there are guides providing possibility of jaw motion at extension of horizontal shafts. Shape bending rollers are mounted at both sides in cantilever parts of horizontal shafts.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced quality of shapes.
