FIELD: mixing technology; oil industry; transportation of dry powder-like materials, accumulation of materials in bin and preparation of grouting mortars at cementing of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: proposed mixing plant includes bin mounted on chassis of transportation unit with proportioning worm feeders and loading conveyer arranged inside it, transfer reducer, chain transmission, vibrator, pipe line and servicing platforms with railing and ladders. Bin has bottom corresponding to shape of proportioning worm feeders with receiving chamber and hydraulic mixing unit. Attached technological equipment is made in form of unit mounted on its frame and provided with one input shaft of transfer reducer located in recess of bin; it is provided with six shafts: three shafts are input ones; one shaft is used for drive of loading unit and two other shafts are connected with flanges of proportioning worm feeders by means of articulated couplings; they rotate in opposite directions.
