FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed tank-car contains cylindrical barrel installed horizontal on transportation bogie and provided with upper filler hatch, lower drain branch pipe and system of pipes with unions to feed steam and let out condensate, rigidly secured on outer surface of barrel. Tank-car is furnished additionally with system of pins to fed heated oil product. Steam pipes form two loops reaching end faces of tank and rigidly fixed in parallel with horizontal axis of barrel. They pass from upper filler hatch to lower drain branch pipe. Said pipes, in upper part of barrel, pass inside heated oil product pipes which are provided with unions brought out to outer surface of barrel and spray nozzles on ends. EFFECT: reduced time taken for draining viscous oil products and consumption of power. 2 dwg
