FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum drying chamber contains circular tower case with sealed cavity provided with cover with steam nozzle and bottom encapsulated in circular heat exchanger with circulating heat carrier. Bottom of the case is corrugated. Projections of reeves on cylinder basis represent set adjoining concentric circular rings centre of which is projection of middle reef apex with circular projection. Lower edge of the case extends upper top edge of end reef of bottom with its apex directed downwards. Apexes of reeves directed downwards are rigidly fastened to radial profiled pipes of heat exchanger with holes guiding heat carrier there supplied from ring pipe at the acute angle to cylinder basis plane. Ring pipe is placed on perimeter of cylinder basis. In the second version of chamber design the reeves in radial section are semi-elliptical with axes lying in cylinder basis plane and perpendicular semi-axes. Numerical value of semi-ellipse compression ratio is taken within 0 to 20. Apexes of all the reeves can be directed downwards. Bottom of heat exchanger of chamber is truncated circular cone with upper section jointed with end connection of radial pipes.
EFFECT: chambers are applied for extraction, dispersion, homogenisation and sterilisation of fruit juice, extraction of biologically active substances from plant juice, condensation of juice, milk, vacuum distillation of water and boiling temperature separation of components of composition thereof.
