FIELD: petroleum extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: device has body with locking member, fixed stop and reciprocal spring. Above the body a packer is placed. When the valve is in "open" position, areas above and below the packer are connected by passages in the body and locking member. Inside the body, fixing assembly in form of catching device for locking member is rigidly fixed and combined with a quick-dismountable connection. Catching device is made in form of free-rotating fixing member and in "closed" position is connected to guiding pieces provided on the inside surface of hollow cylinder of quick-dismountable connection.
