FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of constructional antifriction materials and articles and it can be used in making of sliding bearing supports exposed to heavy loads and for other purpose. Proposed article consists of two layers of plastic in which outer layer is formed through stage of making of prepared on base of carbon-fibrous fibrous and binder consisting of precondensate being the product of interaction of tetraglycide derivative 3,3′ dichlor 4,4′ diaminodiphenyl methane (A), benzguanamine (Б) and 4,4′ dioxydiphenyl sulfone (B) and inner layer is formed, also through stage of making of prepreg on base of fiberglass filler impregnated with the same binder, with subsequent simultaneously forming the article from inner and outer layers. Definite ratio of components of binder and binder and reinforcing filler makes it possible to create high-strength antifriction articles of reduced weight capable of withstanding heavy operating conditions without separation of working layer at heavy loads and temperatures up to 200-300oC.
