Abstract RU 2224191 C1

FIELD: freezing equipment, particularly for blood plasma packaged into plastic bags. SUBSTANCE: plant has body and three compressor-condenser devices arranged in lower part thereof. Each compressor-condenser device includes compressor, condenser with fan, working chamber with vertical door and heat-insulating shield. Fan and two evaporators are located in working chamber upper area. Each evaporator is joined to corresponding compressor, condenser and throttle means and these components are combined into hydraulic loop which forms cooling unit. Fixed horizontal plates are secured to vertical stands located under evaporators into working chamber. The third evaporator sections are mounted on horizontal plate lower surfaces. Hydraulic passes of evaporator sections are connected in parallel and joined to hydraulic loop with the third compressor and condenser. Movable plate is placed above each fixed plate such that width of gap formed in between is equal to freezable bag minimal thickness. Each pair including fixed and movable plates forms support for bags. Bags are placed in securing block formed as carriage with handle. Two upper and two lower rollers are attached to carriage sides. Orifices are formed in carriage bottom such that orifice diameter dimensions provides bag convex part deflection without falling thereof. Carriage has lid with orifices with shape and dimensions equal to that of orifices in carriage bottom. Distance between tangent to upper roller upper parts and tangent to lower roller lower parts exceeds maximum bag thickness. Upper and lower plates have longitudinal slots. Slot widths are not less than roller rims width. Distance between lower and upper plate slots is equal to distance between corresponding upper and lower rollers. Upper and lower plate slots are formed with axially symmetric cuts. Distance between upper cut symmetry planes is equal to distance between upper roller axes. Distance between lower cut symmetry planes is equal to distance between lower roller exes. Adhesive coating may be applied to fixed and movable plate surfaces facing each other. Plate-like or pin-like extensions may be formed on side edges of movable plates to avoid contact between extensions and bags. Extensions serve as radiators.
