FIELD: freezing of liquid biological substance.

SUBSTANCE: the method of freezing of liquid biological substance placed in a sealed reservoir consists in the fact that heat is abstracted from the reservoir to an outer heat-transfer agent, the substance is cooled down to the temperature of phase transition, and the process of solidification of the whole volume of liquid is provided, after that the frozen substance is cooled down to the preset final temperature of storage, in the process of cooling and phase transition the substance inside the reservoir is agitated by force due to the fact that the latter is brought to reciprocating or oscillatory motion at an acceleration periodically varied in value and direction, the frequency of periodic variation of acceleration is provided within 0.5 to 10 Hz.

EFFECT: enhanced values of criterional biological indexes of the biological substance frozen in the scaled reservoir.
