FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: quick-freezing plant includes cooling unit with closed hydraulic main line connected to pump through heat exchangers that are parallel connected to that main line and that contact one surface of thermoelectric modules, and the other surface of which contacts the heat-conducting plates which contact in their turn the cooled pack. Thermoelectric modules are equipped with individual power supply unit, and temperature sensors are installed on heat-conducting plates. Sensors are connected to control and monitoring system that is connected to current polarity commutator which is connected to power supply unit of thermoelectric modules. Power supply unit, control and monitoring system are insulated from heat-conducting plates. Quick-freezing plant has heat gate valve that adjoins the heat-insulating wall and is made in the form of radiator from material with high heat conductivity, in slots of which all cables pass, on one side of which there installed are heat exchangers, and the other side contacts cold junction of thermoelectric modules; at that, heat gate valve is connected to independent power supply unit.
EFFECT: use of this invention allows reducing the time required for freezing of products and solutions placed in polymer packs.
