FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: quick freezer comprises a refrigerating unit with a closed hydraulic manifold, which is connected to the pump via parallel heat exchangers connected to this manifold that contact with one surface of thermoelectric modules, the second surface of which contacts with the heat conducting plates. The heat conducting plates in their turn contact with a cooled bag placed between them. Thermoelectric modules are equipped with their own supply unit, and on the heat conducting plates there are temperature sensors installed, which are connected to the system of control and monitoring, which is connected to a current polarity switch connected to the supply unit of thermoelectric modules. The supply unit, the system of control and monitoring are insulated from heat conducting plates with bags placed between them by a heat insulating wall, through which supply and monitoring cables of thermoelectric modules are pulled. For each bag there are devices introduced to mix the polymer bag content to the moment of biological medical substance freezing, and sources of thermoelectric modules supply are connected to the device of supply source modes control connected to a device introduced into every thermoelectric module to determine the difference between temperatures of hot and cold soldered joints, which is connected to an autonomous supply unit.
EFFECT: higher speed of products and solutions freezing, provision of optimal modes of thermoelectric modules operation at various stages of freezing of the polymer bags content.
