Immediately after reactor has gained steady-state thermal power level temperature T2 of face can of fuel-emitter assembly is additionally measured. Maximum temperature T0 in fuel-emitter assembly and serviceability of cooling system are determined. Cooling system serviceability is found from definite equation.
