FIELD: power engineering; conversion of energy due to nuclear fusion reaction into electrical energy. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is, essentially, nuclear reactor operating on mixture of hydrogen and its isotopes and has insulating vessel resistant to cavitation emission whereto mixture is admitted ,as well as insert mounted in vessel and made of insulating material susceptible to cavitation emission. Magnets are installed along ionized flow path and two or more electrically insulated current-collecting plates connected to load circuit for exciting self-inductance emf during field excitation are mounted downstream of these magnets. EFFECT: enhanced economic efficiency and environmental friendliness. 1 cl, 1 dwg
