SUBSTANCE: device has high-frequency toroidal-core transformer whose primary winding is connected on one end to communication equipment and on other, to ground circuit; secondary winding of high-frequency transformer is formed by passing conductor that grounds armor braid and metal sheath of power transmission cable through toroidal core that carries primary winding, current-carrying conductors of power transmission cable being connected to ground circuit through capacitors connected in series with inductance coils.
