SUBSTANCE: power supply network has a number of distribution and/or transformer substations interconnected by means of cables; each cable has at least one internal core and external sheath connected to station equipment ground; it also has communication system that has a number of converters coupled with station cables; each converter of respective cable is placed on far end from point of sheath connection to station ground to ensure its coupling both with cable sheath and with internal cable core or cores; at least one cable contact joint has multiplexer through which cable sheath is connected to station ground.
