FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves studying omega potential stability parameters during the first 10 days. The omega potential stability parameters belonging to 0-20 mV interval, infectious toxic shock of the II- III degree with marked signs of organ and system dysfunction like hepatic insufficiency, thrombohemorrhagic syndrome, respiratory distress syndrome and encephalopathy are considered to be potentially available. The value being above 31 mV, infectious toxic shock of the I-II degree with moderately marked organ and system dysfunction is considered to be the case. The value being between 21 and 30 mV, the disease course is thought to develop without infectious toxic shock. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis; significantly reduced disease lethal outcome probability. 4 dwg, 2 tbl
