METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF PROBABILITY OF DEVELOPING ATHEROSCLEROSIS IN MINERS WITH CHRONIC DUST BRONCHITIS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/00 G16H50/30

Abstract RU 2690393 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cardiology, and can be used to predict the probability of developing atherosclerosis in miners with chronic dust bronchitis. Age, presence or absence of arterial hypertension (AH), relation of waist circumference to hip circumference (WC/HC) more than 0.9, metabolic syndrome, respiratory insufficiency (RI), inherited in IHD heredity, hypercholesterinemia (HCS), higher low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hyper LDL cholesterol), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (hypo HDL cholesterol), hyperhomocysteinemia, hyperfibrinogenemia, high C-reactive protein. Rheske-Eysenck constitutional-morphological type (CMT), genetic markers of AB0, Rhesus and MN blood groups are determined. Following markers are determined: length of service in harmful working conditions, smoking index, level of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes (SFMC), blood group R. Prognostic coefficient (PC) is established in points. In the system age at marker age to 45 years is established PC equal to (-5), at marker age from 45 to 50 years old PC is set equal to (+0), at marker age of 50 years and older, PC is set equal to (+4). In the system the length of service in harmful working conditions at a marker the length of service in hazardous working conditions up to 25 years, PC is equal to (-1), with a marker of length of service in hazardous working conditions for 25 years and more, PC is set equal to (+1). In AG system at marker there is AG set PC equal to (+2), at marker there is no AG - equal to (-1). In the system smoking index with marker smoking index more than 20 is set by PC equal to (+3), at marker smoking index is equal to or lower than 20 - equal to (+1); with marker not smoke - equal to (-2). In the system, the WC/HC index at the WC/HC marker is more than 0.9, the PC is set equal to (+2), with the WC/HC marker equal to or lower than 0.9 - equal to (-2). In the metabolic syndrome system in the marker there is a metabolic syndrome, the PC is set equal to (+4), the marker has no metabolic syndrome - equal to (+0). In the DN system with the marker there is a propeller, the PC is set equal to (+1), with the marker there is no DN equal to (-2). In the IHD burdened heredity system with a marker, there is heredity inherent in the IHD, the PC is set equal to (+2), if marker is not burdened with IHD heredity - equal to (-1). In HCS system at marker there is HC set PC equal to (+1), at marker there is no HCS equal to (-1). In hyper LDL cholesterol system with marker hyper LDL cholesterol there is hyper LDL cholesterol set PC equal to (+1), while marker has no hyper LDL cholesterol equal to (-2). In the hypo HDL cholesterol system with the marker there is hypo HDL cholesterol the PC is set equal to (+2), while the marker does not have hypo HDL cholesterol - equal to (-1). In the hyperhomocysteinemia system in the marker there is hyperhomocysteinemia, the PC is set equal to (+4), while the marker has no hyperhomocysteinemia - equal to (-1). In the hyperfibrinogenemia system with the fibrinogen marker higher than 4.0 g/l, the PC is set equal to (+2), while the fibrinogen marker is equal to or lower than 4.0 g/l - equal to (-1). In the system, the level of CRFD with the SCDM marker higher than 4.0 mg/dl is set to the PC equal to (+4), while the RMBC marker is equal to or lower than 4.0 mg/dl - equal to (-1). In system C-reactive protein with marker C-reactive protein above 3.0 mg/l PC is set equal to (+3), at marker C-reactive protein equal to or lower than 3.0 mg / l - equal to (-2). In the RHI-Eysenck's MCT system, if the hypersthenic marker is present, the PC is set to (+1), the normosthenic marker is equal to (+0), and the asthenic marker is equal to (-3). In the system, AB0 blood group if observing blood group 0 (I) marker, the PC is set equal to (-1), the blood group marker A (II) is equal to (+0), the blood group marker B (III) is equal to (+2), marker blood group AB (IV) - equal to (+0). In the system, the blood group of Rhesus in the presence of a marker of Rhesus blood group (+) is set as equal to (+0), the marker of the Rh blood group (-) - equal to (+2). In the MN blood group system, if the marker is present, the blood group MM is set to the PC equal to (-1), the MN blood group marker is equal to (+1), the blood group marker NN is equal to (+2). Blood group P in the presence of the marker P1 blood group is set PC equal to (-1), marker blood group P2 - equal to (+2). If the PC score is (+6) points and higher, a high risk of developing atherosclerosis of coronary, extracranial and peripheral arteries in miners with chronic dust bronchitis is predicted. If total PC (-6) and fewer points, low risk of developing atherosclerosis in miners with chronic dust bronchitis is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides more effective prediction of atherosclerosis with involvement of coronary, extracranial and peripheral arteries in miners with chronic dust bronchitis by taking into account additional risk factors.
