SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the likelihood of developing arterial hypertension in coal mine workers with anthracosilicosis. Age, work experience in hazardous working conditions, dustiness level of the working area, smoking index, level of salt intake, glycemia levels, homocysteine and blood uric acid are determined. The ratio of waist circumference to hip circumference is calculated, the presence of personality type A, constitutional morphological type according to the Ries-Eysenck index, genetic markers of blood groups of the ABO and MN systems are determined. Then the predictive coefficient (PC) in the given scores for each factor is determined. If the sum of PC (+5) points or higher a high risk of developing AH in miners with anthracosilicosis is predicted, if the sum of PC (-5) or less points, a low risk of developing hypertension in miners with anthracosilicosis is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of predicting the likelihood of developing arterial hypertension in miners with anthracosilicosis by increasing the number of analyzed factors, using more significant markers, assessing the impact of harmful production factors for the timely implementation of therapeutic and preventive measures for persons from a high-risk group by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
