FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, cardiology. In investigated individuals taking into account presence or absence of arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus and history of ischemic heart disease, constitutional morphological type Rice-Eysenck and Tenner. Method includes determining ratio of waist circumference to hips, hypercholesteremia, genetic markers of blood groups system AV0 and resource. Additionally determining markers: age, presence of tobacco smoking, metabolic syndrome, respiratory distress high level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, reduced level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high coefficient of atherogenicity, availability of hypertriglyceridemia, hyperhomocysteinemia, hyperfibrinogenemia, high level of C-reactive protein, genetic markers of blood groups system MN. For each factor calculating a prognostic coefficient (PC). Predicting probability of developing atherosclerosis is performed based on value of total PC. If total PC "+6" points and higher, a high risk of developing atherosclerosis with coronary involvement is predicted, extracranial and peripheral arteries in miners with anthracosilicosis. If total PC "-6" and less, low risk of atherosclerosis in miners with anthracosilicosis is predicted.

EFFECT: method enables precise prediction of atherosclerosis with coronary, extracranial and peripheral arteries in miners with anthracosilicosis and timely prescription and carrying out of medical and preventive measures by taking into account most significant risk factors.
