SUBSTANCE: solid medicinal formula with tranquilizing effect comprises phenazepam as an active component in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: phenazepam, 0.3-1.0; potato starch, 20.0-40.0; gelatin, 0.1-1.0; calcium stearate and/or stearic acid, 0.3-1.0; lactose, the balance. Method for preparing solid medicinal formula involves preliminary preparing phenazepam trituration by mixing phenazepam with part of total lactose amount, preparing granulate from prepared phenazepam trituration, potato starch and remained amount of lactose with gelatin an aqueous solution as granulating liquid, powdering granulate with calcium stearate and/or stearic acid and tableting. Phenazepam tablets exhibit satisfactory capacity for decomposition being without irritant effect of digestive tract and providing high tranquilizing activity simultaneously.
