SUBSTANCE: tool includes main body, at least one cutting tip, at least one adjustment device acting upon cutting tip and having adjustment member passing along portion of lateral surface of cutting tip and regulation screw for moving adjustment member relative to cutting tip. In order to enhance accuracy of mounting cutting tip, adjustment member is provided with mounting surface engaged with lateral surface of cutting tip and divided by two adjoining surfaces mutually spaced by certain interval. Regulation screw is arranged normally relative to rotation axis of tool; lateral surface of cutting tip and mounting surface of adjustment member form wedge mechanism at their mutual engagement.
