SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 1,3-diaryl-2-pyridine-2-yl-3-(pyridine-2-ylamino)propanol of the formula (I): wherein Z means -NH-(C₁-C₁₆-alkyl)-(C= O)-, -(C= O)-(C₁-C₁₆-alkyl)-(C= O)-, -(C=O)- phenyl-(C= O)-; A¹, A², A³, A⁴ mean independently of one another amino acid residue; E means -SO₂-R⁴ and R⁴; R¹ means phenyl, thiazolyl, oxazolyl, thienyl, thiophenyl and others; R² means hydrogen atom, hydroxy- group, CH₂OH, OMe; R³ means hydrogen, fluorine atom, OMe; R⁴ means -(C₅-C₁₆-alkyl), -(C₀-C₁₆-alkylene)- R⁵, -(C=O)-(C₀-C₁₆-alkylene)-R⁵, -(C=O)-(C₀-C₁₆-alkylene)-NH-R⁵ and others; R⁵ means -COO-R⁶, - (C= O)-R⁶, -(C₁-C₆-alkylene)-R⁷, phenyl, naphthyl and others; R⁶ means hydrogen atom, -(C₁-C₆)-alkyl; R⁷ means hydrogen atom, -(C₁-C₇)-cycloalkyl, phenyl, naphthyl and others; l, q, m, n, o, p = 0 or 1 being l + q + m + n + o + p = 1 or more than 1, and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
