FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: method is implemented on tubular reactor at pressure 500 to 4000 bar and maximum temperature 218 C in presence of catalyst-initiator. Radical-type polymerization is initiated in by at least two tubular reactor sites. Temperature profile in reactor is controlled such that maximum temperature behind catalyst-initiator addition point is limited by 199 and 218 C and differ from each other by less than +/- 3 C.
