FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: invention represent method for producing foreign protein, in particular, transglutaminase using coryneform microorganism. Heterologous secretory protein, in particular, transglutaminase is produced by method that comprises using construction for expression of gene wherein gene sequence of the end foreign protein containing pro- structural moiety, namely sequence of gene encoding protrans-glutaminase is ligated below sequence encoding region of signal peptide from coryneform microorganism. The method involves insertion of indicated construction for gene expression into coryneform microorganism, culturing the transformed coryneform microorganism and treatment of cellular protein with protease or similar enzyme for cleavage and removal of pro-moiety. Proposed invention provides preparing the heterologous secretory protein, in particular, transglutaminase used in food industry, in preparing pharmaceutical preparation and in other fields.
