FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents coryneforms bacterium having ability to produce heterologic protein by means of secretory production. At that, such bacterium is modified so that eliminates activity of penicillin-binding protein as result of destruction of gene coding penicillin-binding protein, and elimination of activity of protein surface layer of cells as result of destruction of gene coding protein surface layer of cells, or substantially deprived of protein surface layer of cells, where penicillin-binding protein is PBP1a, where protein surface layer of cells is CspB and where coryneforms bacterium has genetic structure carrying gene of heterologous protein for secretory expression of heterologous protein.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain heterologic protein with high efficiency.
