FIELD: building units, particularly for construction of wall and roof structures for residential and other buildings. SUBSTANCE: building panel comprises three-dimensional steel frame with foamed polyurethane heat-insulating layer fixed thereto. Frame has three-dimensional cells with dimensions of (50-100) mm×(50-100) mm×(50-100). Frame parameters correspond to that of building panel. Heat-insulating layer thickness is equal to 0.1 - 0.9 frame thickness. Heat-insulating length and width are equal to that of frame. Heat-insulating layer is spaced a distance of 10-50 mm from planes defining frame thickness. Frame is formed of steel wire. Heat-insulating layer is made, for instance, of "Isolan 101" material. Method of panel production involves creating three- dimensional frame; forming support surface spaced a distance from frame surface; applying components of foamed polyurethane by spraying unit to support surface which results in components reaction, polyurethane foaming; creating foamed polyurethane heat-insulating layer into frame and removing support surface. Polyurethane components are fed with support surface scanning. Heat-insulating layer thickness depends on scanning speed and polyurethane components flow rate. EFFECT: easy panel production and assembling, extended application field. 9 cl, 3 dwg
