SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of structures, in particular to construction work used in the construction of new buildings. The method includes installing a base made of heat-insulating material onto a foundation. Guides are installed on the base. The base beam is installed on the guide base. In this case, as a base beam, a beam is taken in the form of a frame made of heat-insulating material containing partitions into which insulation blocks are placed so that the insulation blocks protrude beyond the upper edge of the base beam. After that, building blocks containing insulation blocks extending beyond the upper edge of the building blocks and extending into the upper building blocks, as well as fastening grooves in the end faces of the side walls, are installed on the base beam. Adjacent building blocks are connected to each other using the specified fastening grooves, and the horizontal gaps between the building blocks are filled with a sealant.

EFFECT: reduction in heat loss of the structure by reducing the occurrence of cold bridges between the base slab and building blocks and increasing the stability of the structure.
