FIELD: building units, particularly roofing cover materials for residential and other buildings. SUBSTANCE: roofing cover has forming layer and covering member connected to forming layer. Covering member includes two layers. Relation between the first and the second layers of covering members is 1: (0.01-1): (0.01-1). Forming layer is made of foamed polyurethane, for instance of "Isolan- 210" material. The first covering member layer is formed of cement bonding material and applied on corresponding forming layer surface. The second covering member layer is made of material comprising pigment and applied on the first covering member layer surface and on other roof unit surfaces. Base layer thickness is 10 - 150 mm.
