FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-insulating composite facade panels. Thermal insulation composite facade panel consists of facade panel and frame, preferably made of metal, which are irreversibly fixed to each other through insulating layer. Insulation layer consists of foam, which during foaming process irreversibly connects facade panel with frame. In this case, foam material is foamed polystyrene polyurethane, consisting of two plastics: rigid polyurethane foam and expanded polystyrene foam. Also method of preparing heat-insulating composite facade panels is described, variants of heat-insulating composite front panel and use of heat-insulating composite front panel.
EFFECT: technical result consists in development of ready-to-use thermally insulated composite panel and in development of permanent connection of facade panels with layer of thermal insulation and with panel fixation system.
