FIELD: laminated or water-proof rolled materials for roofing construction and waterproofing. SUBSTANCE: material comprises two layers connected to one another. The first layer is made of synthetic-based non-woven fabric. The second layer is formed as polymer composition including polyisobutylene in amount of 12-24 mas%, ethylene-propylene rubber in amount of 20- 30 mas%, industrial carbon in amount of 35-50 mas%, paraffin in amount of 203 mas%, stearic acid in amount of 0.4-1.8 mas%, bitumen in amount of 7-10 mas% and stabilizer in amount of 0.1-1.5 mas%.
