FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed gas-turbine plant with heat power control relates to stationary and transport power plants. It contains-turbine unit with compressor, combustion chamber, turbine and regenerator installed in series in gas line and recovery heat exchanger. Regenerator is connected with compressor outlet by supply air duct and with combustion chamber, by outlet air duct. Gas-turbine plant is furnished with bypass air duct connecting supply and outlet air duct, and device to control flow rate of air passing along outlet and bypass air ducts. Air flow rate control device can be made in form of three- way valve installed in place of connection of bypass and outlet air ducts, or in form of separate control valves installed in bypass and outlet air ducts. Invention makes it possible to increase output of generated heat power in winter at changes in temperature of ambient air and generate electric energy at higher efficiency (at reduced consumption of fuel) in summer. EFFECT: no considerable increase in overall dimensions and mass of equipment at preservation of reliability of components and gas-turbine plant as a whole. 2 dwg
