SUBSTANCE: imparting outer surface of nozzle of flow cytometer with vibrations with provision for selected vibrations or sounding range of vibrations causes destruction of particles and gas entrapped inside nozzle of flow cytometer. Removal of sticky residues settled on internal surface of nozzle of flow cytometer is also possible. Energy source is utilized to generate selected vibrations or vibration range. Energy source is connected to transmitting element that sends electric signals into oscillatory system. Oscillatory system transforms electric energy fed from energy source into mechanical vibrations, it is connected to portable device which destructs particles, drives away gas present inside nozzle of flow cytometer and cleans surface of aperture of flow cytometer.
