FIELD: kitchen equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has open frame manufactured from sheet material of predetermined rigidity, in particular, from thick paper, and continuous bottom frame, with diameter of open frame being smaller than diameter of continuous bottom frame. Both frames are connected with one another by means of tubular part made from deformable sheet material possessing shape retaining property and having predetermined rigidity and flexibility, for example, thin paper, nonwoven fabric etc, to define bowl-shaped casing of container with widened bottom. Said container is substantially formed as truncated cone. When used, apparatus of such construction may be positioned onto coffee cup. When out of use, open frame is in collapsed position and drawn inside continuous bottom frame owing to flexibility of tubular part providing reduced dimension thereof. To use apparatus, open frame is drawn upward to cause expanding of tubular part and, accordingly, recovering of bowl shape of container, which is ready for pouring hot water therein.
