FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of a food liquid of a containerised food material by way of water passing through this material due to centrifugal forces: the container is driven into rotation with simultaneous water introduction into the capsule; water is passed through the material for food liquid formation; food liquid centrifuged is accumulated. The container is designed to be dismountable and is a single application capsule. A flow restriction means (intended for the predetermined pressure differential generation during centrifugation) is installed on the way of flow of the liquid being centrifuged downstream the capsule output hole. The flow restriction means contains a valve device installed on the output hole or downstream the capsule output hole and intended for opening or increasing the liquid flow rate. The capsule contains an engagement section while the valve device is formed with at least one device engagement section designed so that to enable movement relative to the capsule engagement section under pressurised liquid action.
EFFECT: method ensures improvement of the quality of prepared beverage with efficient control of accuracy of the material dosage into the container.
